Terms of Service

These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") define the conditions for providing this service and the rights and obligations between the Company and registered users. When using this service, you must read the entire text of these Terms and agree to them.

Article 4 (Changes to registered matters)
If there are any changes to the registered information, the Registered User shall notify the Company of such changes without delay using the method specified by the Company.

Article 5 (Management of password and user ID)
1. Registered users shall appropriately manage and store passwords and user IDs related to this service at their own responsibility, and shall not allow third parties to use them, nor lend, transfer, change name, buy or sell them, etc. shall not occur.
2. Registered users shall be responsible for any damage caused by insufficient management of passwords or user IDs, errors in use, use by third parties, etc.
  
Article 6 (Fees and payment method)
1. Registered Users shall pay to the Company, as compensation for using the Service, the usage fee separately determined by the Company and displayed on the Company's website using the payment method specified by the Company.
2. If the Registered User is late in paying the usage fee, the Registered User shall pay the Company a late payment charge at the rate of 14.6% per year.
   
Article 7 (Prohibited matters)
When using this service, Registered Users must not engage in any acts that fall under any of the following items, or acts that our company reasonably deems to fall under any of the following.

(2) Fraudulent or threatening acts against the Company, other users of the Service, or other third parties;
(3) Acts that violate public order and morals
(4) Acts that infringe on the intellectual property rights, portrait rights, privacy rights, reputation, and other rights or interests of the Company, other users of the Service, or other third parties.
(5) Sending to the Company or other users of the Service through this Service any information that falls under, or that the Company reasonably determines to fall under, the following - Information that contains excessively violent or cruel expressions
  - Information containing computer viruses or other harmful computer programs
  - Information that contains expressions that damage the honor or credibility of our company, other users of this service, or other third parties.

  - Information that includes expressions that promote discrimination

  - Information that includes expressions that encourage inappropriate drug use

Article 8 (Suspension of the Service, etc.) The Company may suspend or interrupt the provision of all or part of the Service without prior notice to registered users in any of the following cases: I assume it is possible.

Article 9 (Attribution of rights)

Article 18 (Severability)
Even if any provision or part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable under laws and regulations, the remaining provisions or part of this agreement shall be invalid or unenforceable. The remaining portions shall continue in full force and effect.

Article 19 (Governing law and jurisdiction)
1. The governing law of these Terms and the Service Usage Agreement shall be Japanese law.
2. For any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service Usage Agreement, the Tokyo District Court shall have the exclusive jurisdiction of the first instance.
